GLASS & GLAZING MATERIAL

  • Do you supply the glass with your windows and doors?
  • No. Glass is not supplied because transit couriers will not accept the breakages risk.
  • What alternatives to glass do you offer?
  • Genuine UK-sourced, branded Perspex by ICI is available to order for most styles.
  • Can your timber products support double glazing?
  • Yes. Products can be custom-manufactured to accommodate 4-6-4 double-glazed units upon request.
  • Are the door bases pre-beaded for glazing?
  • No. Glass voids in the bases of the Classic and Regent ranges are not beaded; solid timber infills are highly recommended instead.

ORDERING & QUOTES

  • Why can't I pay directly at the checkout?
  • The online checkout serves as a quote-request tool. Staff must manually calculate delivery costs based on parcel weight and your location before issuing a formal invoice.
  • How do I pay for my order once I receive a quote?
  • Payment is made via direct bank transfer (BACS) using your unique quote number as the reference.
  • Can I modify quantities after adding items to my cart?
  • Yes. Quantities can be revised directly on the quote overview screen prior to submission.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS & DELIVERY

  • Do your windows arrive with hardware attached?
  • Shed windows come fitted with galvanised storm-proof hinges and a brown-painted stay. Full hardware sets (locks, levers, and hinges) must be added separately for doors.
  • What happens if my delivery arrives damaged?
  • All courier shipments must be thoroughly checked upon arrival. If you notice damage, sign for the delivery as "damaged" and notify the office within 24 hours.
  • What are your office operating hours?
  • The office runs from 9:00 am to1:00 pm, Monday to Thursday. Online enquiries are typically processed within one business day.

  • No we don't offer any stain or paint finishes - all of our doors & windows & windows are supplied in a natural finish ready to treat as befits each project.
