New Online: Shed Accessories & Upgrades
These aren't new products for us, but they are brand new to our website—all added with the goal of making ordering even easier for our customers.
Alongside our standard ranges of shed doors and windows, we now offer custom-sized door frames, cills, and door drips. (This small piece of wood can add years to the life of a door by preventing water from sitting underneath and causing rot). Our window cills are available in four widths: 468mm, 517mm, 678mm, and 715mm.
Other optional upgrades include Stormproof Profiles for all fixed windows, as well as extra width options for our doors (please note this is not available for the Georgian Arch Top model). Extra height is also available across all doors—please see individual product listings for more information.
Single & double door frames (supplied with or without cills). We also offer a 44mm finish for our frames, doors and windows, which allows for the installation of 4-6-4 double-glazed units. This configuration refers to a slim, 14mm-thick sealed unit made of two 4mm glass panes separated by a 6mm cavity. Widely used in heritage properties, listed buildings, and traditional timber sash windows where standard double glazing won't fit, it vastly improves both thermal insulation and sound reduction.
As standard, all of our opening (sash) windows and toppers come equipped with galvanised stormproof hinges and brown-painted metal stays. Finally, we can supply the perfect finishing touch: a 63mm 3-Lever Mortice Sashlock, suitable for every door in our range.
